Choose Individual Golfer ($165) for a single player entry, Foursome ($500) to register a full team, or Dinner-Only Ticket ($45) to join us for the evening.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Tier 1 Sponsors (Total Tournament $7,500, Platinum $5,000, Gold $2,500, Silver $1,500, Bronze $1,000) submit sponsor information now and receive a Foundation invoice payable by ACH or credit card. Tier 2 Sponsors (Closest to the Pin $350, Longest Drive Hole $300, Regular Hole Sponsor $250, Golf Cart Sponsor $200) may check out directly below.
Vendor Opportunity

Dinner and Awards Ceremony
You do not need to be a golfer to attend. Join us for dinner and the awards presentation. Dinner Ticket: $45 per person.
